Anyway, building up on the smoke concept started here with the sky pack.
These filters in the set are applied on white circular objects, pulling in the original fill attributes.
Now they are looking clouds. Once changed to red base objects, they would look like flames.
Speaking of flames, named a collection at openclipart as fire and dust with the second image as a thumbnail.
